Exposure is not direct share ownership
The “stocks” and “ownership” language describes the product vision. Robinhood Stock Tokens provide economic exposure through tokenised debt securities. They do not grant legal or beneficial rights in the underlying company. Instrument-specific backing, custody, redemption, and rights must be reviewed.

Rewards can change in value
A merchant-funded reward does not eliminate investment risk. Prices can fall and losses can be substantial. Issuer, liquidity, custody, smart-contract, and network risks also apply. No fixed return, profit, or protection of principal is promised.

Merchant names and logos do not imply endorsement, partnership, or current offers. No merchant offer rates, sample spending amounts, or fabricated portfolio contributions are shown. Rebate is not affiliated with Robinhood merely because it uses Robinhood Chain.
