These draft terms describe the current product preview.
What the preview provides
Rebate provides an interface for exploring merchant-funded stock rewards and reading supported wallet balances. The product description is not a live offer, investment recommendation, or guarantee of merchant participation.
A connected wallet does not entitle the holder to a commission or reward. A real reward requires an eligible tracked purchase, merchant approval, settled funds, and completed delivery.
Eligibility and third parties
Live instrument access depends on issuer terms, the execution provider, merchant conditions, and applicable geographic restrictions. The ability to connect a wallet does not establish investment eligibility.
Privy, wallet providers, merchant networks, and instrument issuers operate under their own terms. The legal entity operating Rebate and final commercial terms must be specified before consumer launch.
Understand the limits
Displayed values may be delayed or unavailable. Token prices can fall, and past contributions do not predict future value. Merchant purchase tracking is not connected. The operator console can request real mainnet approvals and transfers only through a wallet; these require careful review and your own confirmation.
The current contract and interface have not received an independent security audit. Live operations require verification of the deployed code and integrations.
